    Discovery

    We start by understanding your operation, not by proposing technology. Through stakeholder conversations and a review of your data and systems, we work out what is actually worth building and what the constraints are: regulatory, technical and budgetary.

    Design

    We design the system on paper before anyone writes code: architecture, data flows, interfaces and the compliance posture. You see and approve the shape of the thing before committing to the build.

    Build

    Agile delivery in short sprints, with working software in front of you from the early weeks. Code review and testing are part of every sprint, not a phase bolted on at the end.

    Deploy

    Careful launches into your infrastructure, whether that is cloud, on-premise or somewhere in between. Staging environments, rollback plans and performance checks come as standard.
