    Discovery

    We start by understanding your operation, not by proposing technology. We work out what is actually worth building, and what the real constraints are.

    Design

    The system gets designed on paper before anyone writes code. You see and approve the shape of the thing before committing to the build.

    Build

    Short sprints with working software in front of you from the early weeks. Review and testing happen in every sprint, not in a phase at the end.

    Deploy

    Careful launches into your infrastructure — cloud, on-premise or somewhere in between. Staging, rollback plans and performance checks come as standard.
